Her first appearance was on the daytime soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in the Bronx area of New York) is an American performer and actress. Navedo began her professional acting career with soaps that aired in the daytime. Between 1995 and 1997, she was a part of the cast as Linda Soto on the ABC soap drama One Life to Live. The show was relaunched as the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her career began in films with a part of Girl 6 (1996), later she appeared in the episodes New York Undercover (1997) and The District. Navedo was on Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the year after. Navedo was a part of NBC's crime-drama Law & Order for a regular role as the detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages was the next episode and Blue Bloods. Navedo starred in many different films like El Cantante or Remember Me. From 2011 to the year 2013 Navedo also had recurring roles as a character in How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Navedo was a part of the comic film Superfast! which was a comedy film that satirizes The Fast and the Furious film series released in 2015. Navedo began her career as an actor in soap operas from time of daytime. Linda Soto was her role in ABC's One Life to Live between 1995 between 1995 and 1997. In 1999, she joined CBS's soap opera Guiding Light. The actress made her debut in the world of film by appearing in Girl 6 (1996), and went on to guest on New York Undercover and The District. Navedo was the lead in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001.
